| International Euro-Asian Aikido Federation (IEAAF) is a membership-based non-profit voluntary association, created to protect common interests and achieve statutory goals and objectives aimed at the development and popularization of Aikido.
The IEAAF is the all-styles federation, i.e. its members could be voluntary associations developing different Aikido styles.
The USSR Aikido Federation was established on October 27, 1990 (Registration Certificate № 0188 dated July 19, 1991[1]). Sergey Kiselev was elected the President of the USSR Aikido Federation, Vladislav Rukavishnikov was elected the Secretary General of the USSR Aikido Federation.
