| Tigran Vladimirovich Elbekyan is the President of the Federation of Aikido and Aikijujutsu of Stavropolsky Region. He holds the 4th Dan of aikido Akikai, the 3rd Dan of aikijujutsu, the 2nd Dan of jojutsu, 1st Dan of kenjutsu.
T.V. Elbekyan was born on August 29, 1957 in the city of Pyatigorsk, Stavropol Territory. He became interested in martial arts from his youth.
