Memo by FAR, FAAR and All-Styles FAR

In the light of preparation to the II World Combat games to be held in St Petersburg in 2013 the Federation of Aikido of Russia, the Federation of Aikikai Aikido of Russia and the All-Styles Federation of Aikido of Russia developed and signed the Memorandum.
