Dear friends,

The year 2014 was difficult and dramatic. But Russia differs from other states that in difficult times it can gather and overcome any difficulties.

And these victories depend on our unity.

Integration, assistance and love are the basic principles of aikido.

And I would very much like that aikido practicing people, in whatever country they live, always remember and apply these principles not only in aikido classes but also in life.
