Requests for Participation at «Tornado» Festival

Dear colleagues,

To receive invitation from the Sports Training Center of the Russian Ministry of Sports, in order to have financing for participation at the «Toranado» Aikido Festival, we kindly ask to send the preliminary requests for participation at the Festival.
